# Teamo > Teamo is client and project software for service businesses. Clients, projects, hours and email live in one system, set up for your kind of business from day one. Amo, the AI assistant built into Teamo, builds what you ask for and waits for your approval. ## Concepts - Organization: your Teamo account. Everything lives inside it. - Unit: a group of modules. - Module: a table you define, with its own columns and views. - Record: a row in a module, such as a client, a project or a candidate. - Activity and detail: rows nested under a record, each with their own columns. - View: table, board, timeline or calendar, with access set per view. - Guest: an outside person locked to the modules or views you share. Guests are free. - Amo: the AI assistant built into Teamo. - Portal: a live branded page for one client. ## What Teamo does - Setup: describe your business, pick one of thirteen ready-made setups or describe it in your own words, and Teamo builds the modules, columns, views and six example records. - Records with activities and details, two-way linked records, lookups, rollups and formulas, field-level change history and live collaboration. - Amo builds modules, dashboards, automations and imports from a sentence. New modules and dashboards wait for approval, column changes come with undo, deletions ask first, and Amo acts within the permissions of the person asking. - Inbox: Gmail and Outlook email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn messages, linked to the right client when the sender matches. - Time tracking: one-click timers on any record, activity or detail, billable defaults, timesheets and reports, Excel and PDF export. - Client portals: a live branded page per client that shares the data you choose, with request forms that arrive as records. - Automations written as sentences, triggered by records, activities and Inbox messages. - Dashboards with KPI, chart and table widgets from one or more modules. - A REST API, webhooks and an MCP server on every plan. The MCP server works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. ## Pricing Per seat a month, prices exclude VAT. Yearly billing saves about 20%. - Starter: EUR 13 monthly or EUR 10 a month billed yearly (USD 15 or 12). - Pro: EUR 22 monthly or EUR 18 a month billed yearly (USD 25 or 20), from 3 seats. - Max: EUR 30 monthly or EUR 24 a month billed yearly (USD 35 or 28), from 5 seats. - Enterprise: by agreement. - Rows are one allowance for the whole organization, not a cap per table. - Every plan includes automations, webhooks, the REST API, field-level permissions, guests, the audit log and Amo with AI credits.
