Most likely. At sign-up you describe your business in a sentence, and Teamo builds a setup for it, with your clients, jobs and the columns your work needs, named the way you name them. You can rename or add anything later, or ask Amo to do it.
Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Import your spreadsheet or an export from another tool, or ask Amo, Teamo’s assistant, to set up the import for you. You can also connect Claude or ChatGPT to Teamo and have them move your data across.
Can subcontractors use Teamo?
Yes. Subcontractors can join as guests who see only the jobs or the view you share with them, without taking a paid seat. They can update a job’s status and add photos, so you see progress without chasing.
Can clients see their jobs and approve quotes?
Yes. Each client gets a private page with the jobs, quotes and reports you choose to share, and they can approve a quote by changing its status. They do not need a Teamo account.
Can Teamo send invoices?
Teamo tracks every invoice with its amount, status and due date, linked to the job and client. Invoices are created in your accounting software, which connects to Teamo through its API, so a finished job can start an invoice there and the payment status can come back.
Can I change the setup later?
Yes. Add or rename columns, statuses and modules whenever your work changes, or ask Amo in plain words, for example to add a site address column. New modules and dashboards wait for your approval before they are created.
