For recruitment teams, from agencies to in-house talent teams.
Every vacancy, candidate and interview together, and hiring managers review shortlists on their own page.
See where every candidate stands, role by role. From application to offer.
Open a vacancy and you see every candidate on it and the stage they are at: Applied, Screening, Interview or Offer. Move a candidate forward with one drag, and because the same person can sit on several vacancies, a new role starts from the people you already know instead of a fresh search.
Conversations stay on the candidate. Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, filed for you.
Connect Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and messages from a candidate file themselves on their record, next to their resume and every vacancy they are on. When a recruiter moves on, the history stays with the candidate, and whoever picks them up sees what was said and promised.
Interviews on the calendar, reminders sent for you. Candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in step.
Every interview sits on its candidate and vacancy and on the team calendar. When the date is set, Teamo can email the candidate a confirmation and remind the interviewer the day before, so nobody turns up to an empty room.
Each recruiter sees their own candidates. One shared view, filtered to the person looking.
Share one candidates view with the whole team, filtered so each recruiter or desk sees the candidates they own, while managers see everything. Salary and personal details can be hidden by role, and every change is recorded.
For agencies: placement fees and guarantee periods. Fees worked out, guarantee dates watched.
Each placement holds the salary, your fee percentage and the start date. Formula columns work out the fee and the end of the guarantee period, Teamo reminds the recruiter a week before it ends, and a dashboard shows fees by recruiter for the month.
Ask about your work in plain words. Amo answers from your records.
Amo, Teamo’s assistant, only sees what the person asking is allowed to see. It can also build dashboards and automations, and waits for your yes before it does.

Questions recruitment teams ask.
What is the best recruitment software for small agencies and in-house teams?
The best fit keeps vacancies, candidates, interviews and conversations together, and lets hiring managers take part without another login. In Teamo, each vacancy shows its candidates by stage, messages file onto the right candidate, and hiring managers review shortlists on their own page.
Can hiring managers review candidates without a Teamo account?
Yes. Each hiring manager or client gets a private page with the shortlist you share. They read each profile and change the candidate's status, for example to Interview or Not suitable, and the decision lands on the candidate with their name and the date.
Does Teamo post jobs to job boards?
No. Teamo is not a job board or job posting tool. You can collect applications through a form on a page you share, which creates the candidate record for you, and connect your job board or careers site to Teamo through its API.
Can Teamo help with candidate consent and data retention?
Teamo gives you the building blocks: consent and review date columns on each candidate, reminders when a review date arrives, and an automated email asking the candidate to confirm they are happy to stay on file. Your own policy decides the rules; Teamo makes them easy to follow.
Can each recruiter see only their own candidates?
Yes. Share one view with the whole team, filtered so each recruiter sees the candidates they own, while managers see everyone. Salary and personal details can be hidden from roles that should not see them.
Can Teamo track placement fees?
Yes. Each placement holds the salary, fee percentage and start date, and formula columns work out the fee and the end of the guarantee period. Invoices are created in your accounting software, which connects to Teamo through its API.
